Happy Birthday Swap

Convention is coming! Yipee!  In preparation for convention, I have started making my swaps!  As usual, I am making several different styles this year.  I get bored making too many of the same card.  So, to start off with, here is my first convention swap card for the year!  Love this super cool Peacock from the World Teasures stamp set.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is the new Beautiful Birthday stamp.  Love the font on this new stamp!

Daisy Thank You's

Hi everyone.  Today I have a few cards to share with you that I made for my Daisy troop to send out at the end of the year.  These are thank you cards that we sent to other troops / individuals who helped us out.  I used a retired SU! stamp set called Girl Power for the Girl Scout images.  I had all the girls in the troop sign the cards and then we sent them off!

First, we sent this to the Brownie troop that helped us with our Bridging requirements by teaching the girls how to do a flag ceremony. 

This next one was sent to another Daisy troop that helped our with our Bridging requirements as well.

This one went to a gal at our local museum who did a special tour for our troop to help us earn one of our patches.

And last, but not least, this one went to the mom that helped us out with our cookie sale this year by housing all of our cookie inventory at her house.

All five colors of the reformulated inks have been fully tested and approved. While using the new ink formula in the old Stampin’ Pads is fine, Stampin' Up! does not recommend using the old ink formula for these five colors in the new firm foam pads.
