Cards from September Technique Class

Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share with you the cards that we did at my September technique class this past Sunday. If you have any questions on how we did any of the techniques, just ask! :)

First up, we did this card using the Accordion Flower technique.


Ingredients:
  • Medallion and Fundamental Phrases stamp sets
  • Old Olive, Regal Rose, Rich Razzleberry, and Whisper White card stock
  • Cottage Wall Designer Series Paper
  • Rich Razzleberry Ink
  • Modern Label punch
  • Finial Press Embossing Folder and Big Shot
  • Sherbet Designer Buttons
  • Linen Thread
  • Pop Up Glue Dots
  • Mini Glue Dots
  • Sticky Strip
Next, we did this card using the Batik technique.

Ingredients:
  • Friends 24/7 Stamp Set
  • Soft Suede and Whisper White card stock
  • Soft Suede Classic Ink
  • Creamy Caramel, Brocade Blue, and Handsome Hunter Markers
  • VersaMark Ink
  • Clear Embossing Powder
  • Heat Tool
  • Brayer
Next I showed the gals how to use Sticky Strip with Micro Beads. We also used the new Build-A-Bear stamp set called Beary Best Friends.


Ingredients:
  • Beary Best Friends and Beary Nice Wishes Stamp Sets
  • Close to Cocoa Card Stock
  • Watercolor Paper
  • Pawsitively Prints Designer Series Paper
  • Close to Cocoa, Pretty In Pink, Creamy Caramel, Barely Banana, and Basic Black classic ink
  • Aquapainter
  • Sticky Strip
  • Pink Bead Duo
  • Stampin' Dimensionals
And lastly we did this card that didn't actually use a technique per say, but instead demonstrated how to use the Movers & Shapers die with the Big Shot.


Ingredients:

  • Pocket Silhouettes Stamp Set
  • Melon Mambo and Whisper White Card Stock
  • Melon Mambo and Chocolate Chip Classic Ink
  • Uniball White Gel Pen
  • Curly Label Punch
  • Melon Mambo Polka-Dot Grosgrain Ribbon
  • Movers & Shapers Curly Label Die
  • Elegant Bouquet Embossing Folder
  • Big Shot
