For this project I simply downloaded and printed out the Toxic Framable Template for MDS. I printed this on my home computer on Whisper White card stock. I then just put it in a frame, added the bow (ribbon is retired), and created a cute little tag using the Ghoulish Googlies Designer Kit and Googly Ghouls stamp set.

Totally love it! Can't wait to do similar projects for Thanksgiving and Christmas! :)
