I am Inspired Make & Take

Hi everyone.  I have more Make & Take goodies to share with you today!  This Make & Take was called I am Inspired.  It was actually a bonus class that we were able to sign up for, in addition to the regular Make & Takes. This class included everything we needed to make this super cute pin board.

First, we all got a brand new box of the new Essentials Designer Fabric!  That is a $29.95 value!  So awesome!

We also got a complete set of calendar pages made from My Digital Studio!

And to top that off, we all got the Gossamer Lace stamp as well!

Below are a few close up shots of the various elements for the pin board.  This was a super fun project and I was so excited to get all the bonus goodies to take home as well!

Affection Collection Make & Takes

Hi everyone. Today I have a set of the Make & Take projects that I made at Convention to share with you.  Hopefully you are not sick of hearing about Convention yet, because I still have A LOT of stuff to share!  :)

This set of Make & Takes goes along with the Affection Collection stamp set that is available in the Holiday Catalog (which starts on August 1st).  So this is also a little sneak peek as well.

First, we made this little pouch with both a flag and flower embellishment.  Both are on little sticks that slip into a little hole behind the ribbon.  The flower itself is made out of fabric.  This cute little pouch is the perfect size to slip a gift card into.

The second project we did was this card.

At each Make & Take session, we were also given a little "party favor" gift.  Each was packaged in a cute little bag and coordinated with the items in the Make & Take.  For this session, we got a roll of the Primrose Petals Stitched Satin Ribbon!

Convention Videos

I have a couple of more Convention highlights to share with you today.  Each year Stampin' Up! does several videos about Convention.  This year's opening video was the best I have seen!  That song is STILL stuck in my head!  Check it out:

Next , here is the Convention highlights video.  Check it out and see how much fun Convention can be!

And last, but not least, each year there is a contest for demonstrators to create their own Stampin' Up! commercial. This one was my favorite this year. It won second place, but I think it should have taken first!

One of the exciting things to do at Convention is to shop at the Memento Mall.  Memento mall is Stampin' Up!s own shop that they set up with exclusive Stampin' Up! merchandise that is only available to those demonstrators who attend Convention.  Here are some pics of the selection they had in store for us this year.

And here are a few shots my personal purchases.  :)

How fun is all this stuff???  :)  Attending convention and getting the opportunity to shop at Memento Mall are just two of the many benefits of being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator!  Interested in joining me at Convention next year and having your own Memento Mall shopping experience?  All you have to do is join my team and become a demonstrator yourself!  Contact me for more information.  There is an awesome promotion for new recruits starting on August 1st, so stay tuned!

Convention 2012

Hi everyone!  Well, last week was a whirlwind of activity at Stampin' Up!s annual convention!  I am still recovering and getting all my photo's together to share with you.  Today, I have some photo's from our check in day and the tour we took of the Stampin' Up! headquarters in Riverton, Utah.

First, here is the sign that greeted us as we arrived for the tour:

Lots of pretties!  For those of you with a keen eye, you will recognize this display from the catalog.

Next we saw this gorgeous room.  Can you find all the SU! goodies around the room?

Love this bouquet!

Beautiful wall art made out of Stampin' Up! card stock!

Love this party set up!

Cute cards!  I might have to CASE that Hello card!

Our tour ended in the Demonstrator Support work area.  The folks in Demonstrator Support are the ones that we Demonstrators call whenever we need help.  They are awesome and were handing our little paper fans.  The basket that they were using was decorated super cute with our new fabric that I had to take a picture!

And here is a picture of building itself.  The Mothership, as we like to call it!  ;)

Prior to the tour, we quickly checked in and received our convention bags.  Here is a picture of my super cute downline Jessica posing with herbag.  I love, love, love the bags this year!  This is probably my most favorite Convention bag yet!  Plus, the bags were filled with our free convention goodies!  More to come on that later....   :)
