Allison's Birthday Cards

My youngest daughter Allison turned 1 on September 22nd. Since her birthday fell on a Tuesday, we did a little celebration for her at home and then had her party on Saturday.

For her little celebration, here is the card that I made for her.

My older daughter Aimee made this card for her:

Aimee saw one of my old flyers for the pop-up cake die, and wanted to make that for her sister. So, with some help from me, here is the inside of the card:

Inside she wrote "I Love Allison From Aimee".

Coming up, I will be posting all the other goodies I made for Allison's birthday party. Stay tuned!

Sounds great, right? This becomes available to order on October 1st. And too sweeten the deal, you will be able to get this for 50% off if you host a workshop of $400 or more! Contact me to book a workshop or place an order.

Now, one to my project. At convention this past August, they had a sample of a little 5x5 book that was made using My Digital Studio. It was entitled "Sisters" and was the cutest thing I had seen! So, I decided to make my own version of this Sisters book staring my two girls. Today I would like to share with you the first 8 pages of the book (including the cover). Like the sample I saw, I also made this 5x5. I used one of the predesigned templates and just dropped my photos in. I then used some of the creative features in the program to add to the templates and make them my own. I used Stampin' Up!s professional print services to have this printed (it is actually arriving today!). So, here are today's pages (I will post the rest of the pages in the coming days).

Allison's Birthday Invite

The last, but definitely not least, of our September birthday's is my little Allison's! She is going to be 1 in less than a week! I can't believe it! Today I wanted to share with you the invites I made for her birthday party. Here party theme is baby elephants. The reason I chose this is because she has a little pink baby elephant stuffed toy that she absolutely adores! She loves that thing and sleeps with it every night. Her elephant as brown ears with pink polka dots, thus, the pink and brown colors. I am planning on making the party decorations and favors to go along with this theme. I'll post them once I have them done.

Ingredients:

  • Nursery Necessities and Polka Dot Stamp Sets
  • Non-SU! You're Invited stamp
  • Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip, and Whisper White card stock
  • Pretty in Pink and Chocolate Chip ink
  • VersaMark ink
  • Chocolate Chip Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon
  • Corner Rounder punch
