Delightful Dates Calendar

Happy New Year Everyone! To celebrate the new year, I wanted to share with you the calendar I made using the Delightful Dates Calendar Kit from the Holiday Mini Catalog. This is a great kit, but will only be available until January 4th, so if you want one of these you need to place your order before then. I also used one of the magnetic gift boxes from the Holiday Mini Catalog to store my calendar in. Check it out....

Here is the box and the calendar set up on the stand.

Here is a close up of the January calendar page. I used the Take Note stamp set and my markers to jazz up the pages.

Here is a shot of all the pages and the stand. The stand is made out of chipboard and comes with the kit. I covered it with Old Olive craft ink.

And here is the calendar nice and snug in it's box. This beauty is coming back to work with me next week and will sit on my desk for the rest of the year. :)

  1. Did you use any adhesive or anything to get your easel to stay together and stand up? Or is it a lost cause to try to get it standing up while holding all the pages?

  2. Hi - nope, no adhesive. You just have to shove the pieces of the easel together really hard so they are steady. It took me a while to get it right, but once I did it has been very sturdy.
